Free Home Cleanout Program · Washington, DC & DMV
Home & House Cleanouts in Washington, DC & the DMV
Need to clear a house, apartment, or part of a home? We assess qualifying residential cleanouts and create a practical plan for removing the agreed remaining contents.
For homes, apartments, and residential spaces
Residential projects can include entire houses and apartments as well as basements, garages, attics, rooms, or other clearly defined areas. We consider the complete project, access, amount and type of contents, location, and timing.
Common reasons people request a home cleanout
Customers contact us when moving, downsizing, preparing a property for sale, clearing a packed or cluttered home, helping a relative, or simply needing a defined residential space emptied. Anything being kept should be removed or clearly set aside before the assessment.
How this cleanout service works
- We assess the full project. We review the property or defined space, the remaining contents, access, location, and timing.
- We confirm whether it qualifies. If the project fits our program, we agree on exactly what will be removed and the completion deadline.
- We schedule the removal. The work may be completed in one day or across multiple scheduled days depending on the project.
- We remove the agreed contents at no charge. The accepted cleanout scope is free from start to finish.
What happens after the contents are removed?
Our goal is to give useful belongings another life whenever practical through reuse, repair, repurposing, donation, or resale. The remaining material included in the accepted cleanout is handled as part of the agreed service.
Need the property cleaned afterward?
Our standard cleanout service focuses on contents removal rather than house cleaning. If cleaning is needed after the cleanout, tell us during the assessment and we can discuss whether it can be included by agreement.
