All sales are final unless approved at Thrift From Home’s discretion.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
All returns are for store credit only, at Thrift From Home’s discretion.
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and with original tags or packaging (if applicable).
Return shipping or return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including undergarments, personal care items, clearance, and heavily discounted merchandise.
Store Credit
Once your return is approved, you will receive a store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.
Store credits do not expire.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Local Delivery or Pickup Orders: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photos.
- Shipped Orders: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
This timeframe applies specifically to reporting damage or order issues.
