Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy

At Thrift From Home, we offer shipping, local delivery, and pickup options to best serve our customers.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Orders
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available).
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Thrift From Home is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. If not picked up, your order may be canceled and store credit issued at Thrift From Home’s discretion.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within our service area. Delivery fees, order minimums, and availability are calculated at checkout.
You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order may be rescheduled or returned for pickup at Thrift From Home’s discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Shipped Orders: Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Delivery or Pickup Orders: Report within 24 hours
