Welcome to Thrift From Home. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using our delivery, pickup, shipping, or virtual shopping services, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our site and services.
We may update or change these Terms at any time. If we do, the “Last updated” date above will change.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
2. Products & Services
We sell gently used and secondhand goods. Items are secondhand and may show signs of wear consistent with prior use.
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos, but we cannot guarantee that colors, sizing, or condition will appear exactly as on your screen.
All sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.
4. Delivery, Pickup & Shipping
Orders may be fulfilled through local delivery, scheduled pickup, or shipping, depending on your selection at checkout or order arrangement.
Please ensure your contact and address details are accurate when placing an order.
Delivery windows, pickup arrangements, and shipping times are provided at checkout or during order confirmation.
If a customer is unavailable for a scheduled delivery or fails to pick up an order at the agreed time, Thrift From Home reserves the right to reschedule the delivery or pickup. Additional fees may apply.
Once an order has been handed off for delivery or shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
5. Returns & Store Credit
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for store credit only, at Thrift From Home’s discretion.
Store credits do not expire.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Certain items (undergarments, clearance, personal care products) are final sale.
Return shipping or return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when using our site or services, including your name, contact information, and delivery or pickup details.
You are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including delivery address, pickup arrangements, and contact information, are correct at the time of purchase or scheduling.
Thrift From Home is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

You may not use our Services for:
- Any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Interfering with the security or functionality of our site
- Reselling or exploiting our Services without permission
8. Limitation of Liability
Thrift From Home is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our site, services, or products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
